Job Purpose:
Lead and govern the E2E launch execution of global and regional novelty collections, regardless the product category, ensuring flawless commercialization, on-time market availability, and achievement of customer demand and business objectives.
About the Job:
• Own the end-to-end launch governance framework for global and regional novelty collections, ensuring flawless execution from collection handover through Shop Live Date and maximizing launch adherence against customer demand
• Act as the central orchestrator of launch readiness, aligning Marketing, Portfolio Management, Planning, Sourcing, Operations, Logistics, and regional organizations to ensure all commercial, operational, and supply chain milestones are achieved on time
• Establish and govern integrated launch roadmaps across all seasons, categories, and markets, balancing business priorities, resource constraints, operational risks, and customer commitments to secure successful market introductions.
• Provide proactive leadership and transparency on launch performance, driving executive-level visibility of launch status, milestone adherence, risks, mitigation plans, and business impacts through robust governance and reporting mechanisms.
• Own launch risk management and escalation processes, identifying emerging threats to launch success, assessing business impact, mobilizing cross-functional resolution teams, and driving decisive corrective actions to protect revenue and customer experience.
• Drive launch availability excellence, ensuring global and regional novelty collections are available within logistics and distribution networks in alignment with commercial launch commitments and customer demand expectations.
• Shape and continuously evolve launch management capabilities, developing best-in-class processes, digital tracking solutions, governance standards, KPIs, and performance management tools that enhance launch predictability, transparency, and execution excellence.
• Influence senior stakeholders and decisionmakers by translating launch risks, trade-offs, and operational constraints into clear business implications, enabling timely and informed decisions that safeguard strategic objectives.
• Serve as the Supply Chain authority for launch execution, representing launch readiness in business reviews, portfolio discussions, and cross-functional decision forums while ensuring alignment between commercial ambitions and operational feasibility.
• Drive continuous improvement and organizational maturity, challenging existing ways of working, embedding best practices, and leading transformational initiatives that improve launch performance, customer availability, and end-to-end supply chain effectiveness.
About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Operations Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain system implementation or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, execution, and product launch management.
• Experience with supply chain planning systems, data architecture, and system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Solid business acumen and capability to drive process improvement and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and lead initiatives across multiple functions.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and user adoption activities.
• Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent fluency in English, both written and spoken only.
